How come PSO is not being sold

There should be an option to alter your details somewhere, i can have a look if you'd like when you need to.

First of all though you'd need to setup a new Hunters Liscense account using your new PSO games Access Key & Serial Number. Then you alter all the necessary details on your Memory Card Via. PSO.
