You dont have to pay extra for a Hunters License in Japan just to play Blue Burst with the Episode IV expansion pack. You will have to buy the expansion pack seperately, but once its installed it uses the same Hunters License you use for Blue Burst to play online.

i didnt say hunters lisence now did i.. i said u have to pay extra.. its stupid and they shouldnt do it..
