pso king Wrote:well out of everything psp is the thing that appeals the most to me so far. I've heard that Ipods have a few problems so I probably won't go with those. and I don't want a shuffle type one because my taste in what I feel like listening to changes quickly so I need to be able to choose a specific song.

are there any defects with a psp? also what kind of battery does it use? I'd prefer if it had a lithium battery and a thing where you can also buy a car and outlet charger.

also what are the advantages of an Ipod? I've only ever had two MP3 players so Ineed to know these things because I don't like putting a lot of money into something I'm not going to enjoy.

and last off. you guys can take your time answering seeing as I have a good one right now and don't have the money to buy one anyways. however I've already been using this one for a while and the extened warranty is already about half up so I might be getting one sooner than I think. mainly because after this february somebody might actually hire me for a job.

oh and I guess I should mention what my current one is. it's a 4G sansa sandisk fuze. if oyu go to http://www.sandisk.com you can see the fuze at the bottom of the page.

I've had three iPods, and they all broke within a year. Not a year within getting each, all three died in one year. <.< Useless crap. I can't think of any real defects with the PSP, I haven't found any except one which, as far as I know is only affecting one demo I have (Telling me to activate the system in order to use it.)

It has a rechargable battery, and you can get an in-car charger, I believe.

My main problem with the PSP is that it's battery only lasts about 6 hours. Which is fine for some, but not me. I've heard the Slimline one has a longer battery life though.

Nevermind what i said about the Slimline one having a longer battery life; I just found out that it's exactly the same. So get an original if you can, they're way cheaper.

That's true. I mostly use mine just during lunch breaks and the like at university, so it suits my methods fine. Haha, though I guess you use an mp3 player a lot more than I do.
