This is what I use for all my Forces and all my characters that aren't androids.
B=Rafoie - A=Heavy Attack - X=Resta
R+B=Rabarta - R+A=Trifluids - X=Gizonde
and then for all my important techs I set them either at the top or the bottom of my quick menu (the R+Y menu).

x= trifluid
a= Charge attack
b= Resta
R trigger, x= rafoie
R trigger, a = Ra barta
R trigger, b = Ra zonde
Zarius, Fomar, Yelowboze, Lvl 40+
Rivet, Hucaseal, Skyly, Lvl 10+
Tala, Racaseal, Redria, Lvl 10+
