i dont find it borring i stayed up a whole night just making a mag it was lvl 200 in 2 days i loved watching the sparks fly when it was done

and oneother thing! i dont have a mag cell couse i aint online can i give it to my mag in lvl 200?

you can give a cell to a mag as long as its meets the requirements so if the req is lvl 100 you can evo it at any lvl past 100

"Twinking" is done at levels below 20 right?

Also why would someone even think thats cheating. its more legit than hand-me-downs, aint it? Because hand-me-downs are usually special weapons which are supposed to be found in hard or above and when you play /w a friend your playing at the same diffuculty level and nearly the same overall level =)

I just create a mag to level 100, and hand over a few weapons so i can get pooey normal out of the way

I go a bit further! I actually go out of my way to get really good items that will get me into Ultimate a lot faster (even though I still only hit Ultimate at lv80-something).

(mimas' notes: Getting through VHard at lv50-odd due to Scape Doll reliance is for those who like to scrap through Falz by the skin of their teeth. I prefer to, say, give my HUcast my specialised Power Apsaras and a bloody big greatsword, handed over from the RAcaseal who seems to have no need for it, and subsequently knock seven bells out of even Olga Flow...)
