You could get some mag cells from the Halloween rappies, or by doing the Pioneer Halloween quest.

I'm 2 more DEF lvls away from my Chao. I can't wait. I'm going to shove a stick up its bum and let it be the happiest chao on the planet hehehe Rolleyes

Yes I'm double posting but I have to. I can't add an image to an edited post.

After months of failed attempts and hair pulling, I've finally done it. Now I just got to change my costume so I look the part ^ ^;. Not surprised that chao is looking angry from what I did to it. hehehe
