A web browser on the rev would excite ME but maybe not the masses and just for info my MK win/loss record is about 400/150 i have played it a bit online :|

i would not, and i have been doing some googling on latest rev news, this company that i will link is in talks with nintendo, this is the companys latest "thing" as i should put it, this is the revs last suprize IMO http://www.3dvisor.com/pdf/Z800_X800_web.pdf

Nah, honestly could you see the vast gaming population being wowed by DA DA DAAAAAAAAA a web browser?? seriously?
I would like a full browser 2bh but, on the revmote the 'home' button says it all for me. Press that and you're taken to a Nintendo wifi 'hub' and thats it folks. From there you can d/load and link to other players/revs for games. No more no less. I think nintendo understand that if we buy a rev. we can already connect to net using pc so to keep costs down again as they want to then we can safely assume that to be the case. No k.board and only a flash drive on board Rev.

Again a full browser would be good in my OWN opinion.

And don't start with the "Therefore Nintendo are making their own market like they said they would" crap, because its just crap...

Sorry dude, Nintendo have gone on record saying this because even THEY now know they cannot compete with Sony/M$ anymore.Sucks but true.

I was speaking that in terms of the screen. If they had a screen then they would be entering their own market of a handheld/home hybrid console, which would be just the stupidest market to enter. Personally i'd rather see Nintendo enter their own market of... i dont know... home entertainment/fridge hybrid consoles?

what the gaming world needs is not another producer of games for the broad mainstream. dont get me wrong, i have quite a few personal favourites on ps2 and even see some of the xbox games to be interesting to play..

however, nintendo not trying to take part in the eyecandy graphics and hardware spec-war is a really good thing and most likely the reason i'll buy a rev. just to have something new once in a while. not the same old shit with fancier graphics.

in fashion nintendo products have the worse tech-specs in the tech wars, on paper they belived that the gc could not do xbox and ps2 graphics. anyone seen mp2 on a gc? IMO mp2 looks as good as perfact dark on the xbox 360 and i have played both. thats my opinun anyway. nintendo will have the better graphics in the end.

But seriously, I'd love a web browser built into a Revolution. With MSN! Then I wouldn't have to bother getting my brother off the computer, and there would be no reason for me to leave my Revolution!
