Question

Well yes actually you need an adapter to play online (if you have a gamecube). And well there is no microphone or keyboard to talk through you can only chat with others with the key board of the game. And I'm not sure if the Xbox has that stuff.

Your in luck im modem and in america, you just get the modem (which is the adapter)and it goes to the bottom of your gcn, and the phoneline cord you get with it works like a regular phone. If you wish you could buy a keyboard for $20 by datel, which works quite well. Note when you fill your e-mail adress, you must put the name of your provider then a \ and your name (no dots) so like mine would be msn\kpmario because my name is kpmario and my provider is msn. I am explaining this because thts why I had trouble getting online. (note its also case sensitive) and your password you provide is the one you use to get online on your computer.

If you have any other questions feel free to pm me!

xbox has micrphone headset, also an adapter to plug keyboard into controller slot for speed typing (which I can't do) or use the game keyboard. The only thing xbox needs will be pso3, I don't think they've got the rights yet.

Phantasy Star Online, Episode III Has been comfirmed up until now as a Nintendo Gamecube exclusive.

You can buy keyboards for the gamecube by the way. Datel make the powerboards for all consoles, including the Gamecube, and works perfectly with Phantasy Star Online. http://www.codejunkies.com and in their shop, click around ull find it eventually, i got mine from http://www.gamesimporter.com brill i found, i got mine yesterday, and im lovin it! Im so glad i gotta keyboard now.

*hugs keyboard*

But for sum reason, the symbols, such as £, _, *, etc seem to be in different places on the keyboard, i spent ages lookin for the dam underscore!! Now ive found it tho, and im not forgettin!

I got the JP keyboard and I think I know what's going on. Their keys are slightly different. But Datel just went ahead and gave us a standard English keyboard layout, rather than changing the keys to what they actually type. Oh well. Let me know if this is wrong. First is what it should be (English) and second is what appears.
