I like all final fantasy games, but i think 7 is better than 8 because the only sidequest the game has is cards, while FF7 has loads, like chocobo breeding/racing, gold saucer games, secret characters to find, materia to find and loads more! That is my argument.

There's more than cards! Anyway, the cards weren't strictly a side quest, you could combine them with items to make stuff. And FF8 had a better main char.
