I believe its safe to say I pwned the drop rate for Angel Harp with Skyly 
It dropped on the second one I'd seen, and the drop rate is 1/21 or 1/22, whatever you think it is. I'll say 1/21.5
Although its not as bad as the drop rate Kefka pwned with his Purplenum (1/205 Mil Lily, and he got the item on his 15th Mil! :O), I'm still really happy about it!
Have YOU pwned a drop rate? Say...getting a rare item from your first kill of a certain enemy, or many of one item from the enemy within close killings? (My mate did the last one...2 Chain Sawds in one run)
And you could also say about rare enemy rates...have you seen a rare enemy within close range of another? *Hint: NetNomad will post his picture soon*
