Yup, definitely recognise it. It's a fake. In fact, that picture's been around for two years now. I have a magazine which identifies the Nintendo Nexus as #15 on the Top 20 Nintendo Hoaxes. It even has a thumbnail of that picture.
Yes, it has the official seal, but wouldn't you put that on a hoax, to further fool people?
