Well, there's a lot of information to cover when you're talking about SoaB. The mineral you must recover is the one in Cave 3. Sure, there are 2 others in Cave 1 and 2, but the items you gain ultimately aren't worth it. If you get the mineral from Cave 3, the items you have the option of choosing from are one for each main class:

Suppressed Gun -- Ranger
Technical Crozier -- Force
God Hand -- Hunter

They're pretty good weapons but they do not, ordinarily, come equipped with any percents, so that's the downside. Any other questions you have?
