Okay do you have two IP adresses? If so change to the second one on the list, then go to your modem and pull out the power cord, Be warned you won't be able to get on the internet until you switch back to the original IP, After pulling out the cord take out the USB Cable, and put in your ethernet cable, wait around 10 seconds to be safe, then put the power cord back into the modem at this point in time you should be able to(If you have all of your information right[I had to have one of the tech guys from my IP company walk me through the setup process]) play online now.
