Pipe Hildetorrs in Forest (Forest of Sorrow quest, or CDFS), as a Purplenum you have a 1/2 chance at a Frozen Shooter. These are godsends for all Rangers, and they keep you quite safe while also providing some helpful support if you are playing on a team (they're miracle guns in the tower Big Grin).
