Difficult choice.
I used to like Card Captor Sakura too (the subbed, not the dubbed)

I liked anime more for its art style than anything else. Let's see...
I liked the first 18 episodes of Evangelion (ending spoiled it all).
I liked .hack//SIGN for everything except for its lack of action.
I like the Miyazaki films.
My favourites are Miyazaki's Grave of the Fireflies for its story and Tales of Phantasia for its music and visuals. The game completely captured my imagination and ten years later they're making an anime! It's too good to be true.
