The .5 ATA = 1 DEX thing can be kind of strange too.

Sometimes the stats of a character are like 162.3 ATA, but it just rounds to 162.... If you're mag has 7 DEX though, that adds 3.5 ATA which gives 165.8 ATA which rounds up to 166 (so the .5 ATA extra, gives you a whole extra ATA). Typically though that doesn't happen, so you want to keep all DEX stats even.

That's what I do. Always give your mag 10 def. It rounds out nice. Unless your character doesn't really need it. My RAmarl's level 200 Diwari has stats of 5/95/50/50 and I have a feeling that as she gets higher in level (only lv.39 and I raised that mag from scratch, so rare mags aren't all that hard to raise.) that mag will do great. My HUney's Rukmin (teh red Rukmin's eye is teh creepy) has 10/110/50/40 which I think will do good.

On another note, you CAN find mags in EP CCA. I've done it in Mountains and in Jungle I think.........
