Ok people, just seen a good post on the official PSOBB boards, and this is what I have found...
Centurion/Ability does indeed raise every stat other than ATA by 30, while raising ATA by 2. Heavenly/Ability raises all stats other than ATA by 25, while again raising ATA by 2.
Heavenly/Arm raises ATA by 25(!)
Heavenly/Power, Body and Legs units raise their relevant stat by 55. Heavenly/Mind raises MST by 45. Heavenly/Luck raises LCK by 40.
Heavenly/Battle raises attack speed by 40%.
There are other, special units as well, including one that raises tech speed, one like a God/Ability that acts like a Heavenly/Battle as well, and one that raises the success rate of special attacks.
