really? in my experience RAmars have enough ata to not need any extra on their mags, and 5 ata isnt exactly a lot. i prefer defence lvls to ata- 10 def or 5 ata? id go for the defence any day, however on a mag its hard to raise. also, an odd number of dex is always bad- you get 0.5 ata for every dex lvl, so thatd be a wasted lvl on ur mag.

you have to keep in mind that a ramar is a ranged character. duh. plus he can use techs. if you really get scratched by an attack (and seeing as most enemy's range attacks are fixed damage) those 10 more def wont do any real damage. however, even those 5 more dex can buy you an advantage while leveling. its wether hitting or missing. and even half levels from the mag add up with halflevels on basestats.
