Yea, my HUmars ATA maxed out at 161, I usually got my StateMaintenance from V Hrad Ruins Chaos Sorcer, it's not an actuall drop though, it's kind of like finding KnightPowers from Bringers in GC. Anyway, mag cells drop from Pal Rappy, Ult bosses (1/2800). No Launchers as well, and you get Agito 1975 from a Skyly V Hard Booma (which pwns), not as much power as the GC one though.
