Kefka said before that the Photon Spheres are only 90 PD's also, but I know the Magic Water is less than that.
You can also use the P. Sphere to add 30% to a weapon or 20 PD's to add 5%, with certain restrictions..... That's why I need to get another 600 of them when I get online.... 90/90/0/90 Gi-Gue Bazooka *drools*....... (810 PD's can put 3 stats to 90)
