S Rank Mechs are the best by the way, yas9k have horrible ATP variance. S Rank Mech can ls have a desired special. This is like the comparison of Ano Rifle to yas3k, Ano Rifle Rifle has a useful special, not as much ATP as yas3k. Yas3k does not have a special, specials are very effiecient on Rangers, consdering they have enough ATA to nail one without haveing "50% hit on a weapon".
