i like useing mech guns with my ranger and i just want to know what the best mech gun out there is.
reason being- i don't want to lose good stuff from fsod.

L&K14 Combat+20 is good untill you can get Red Mechguns. Red mechs are hard to find though, so you'll be using the L&K for awhile. Or if you can't find the L&Ks easily, use a Vulcan with high hit %s.

If you don't have Online, Red Mechguns. Yasminkov 9000M is bad, horrible variable ATP (40 variable+Mechgun=hell). It may be good if your a Tower freak, but otherwise, yas9k sucks. Also, Charge Vulcan with hit sucks, Charge has the lowest accuracy and is the weakest, however, if you want to be uber, try Berserk Vulcan. Berserk>Spirit>Charge
If your a Hunter and are desparate to use Mechs, and you cannot find a LK14 Combat with hit, get Twin Psychoguns, 5 more ATA then Combat. These are good beginner Mechs, you'll want to move up to Red Mechs quickly.

Heaven's Punisher+Opheile Seize=Mille Marteaux
It's very good, but I think GM is as good. Unreduced Gush on a Mechgun is pretty innovational. Of course, MM has 16 more ATA, 10 MST, however a bad special (Divine Punishment), and has Handgun range like GM. If you put a Photon Crystal on GM, I would say GM is better. Let's not forget Rage dee Fees, Burning special, Hangun range. In between GM and MM.

just asking but is there a way to ad percentages on to weapons with out cheating i remember reading something about photon spears

Yup, photon spears are the legit way to add percents. You can also add elements like burning, blizzard, tempest, etc, by using something. Can't quite remember what though.
