Well, if you're doing multiplayer then you'd probably want more POW because the enemies gain a pooload of DFP.
Raise a POW mag (it's also in the guide), but after step #7 raise DEX to an even number in the 30's (I'd say 36, Ramar's don't need much) using antidotes and/or antiparalysis. Then continue raising POW up until the mag is level 200.
