If by purchasing you mean using meseta to buy, then you'll find no one willing to trade, because everybody's got just as much extra meseta as you do. Tongue You may be able to "buy" an Ano Rifle for a fair amount of PDs, I suppose... but S-Ranks can't be bought for those either IMO. :ermm:
