when i'm at lvl 200 the only thing that matters is the phonton blasts or if it gives you invencibility (my case).

I define 'invincibility mag' as a mag that gives invincibility on all occasions, not just one; so those non-rare mags do not count. Even if they did give invincibility on 1/10HP, bosses, and at 100 PB, they do not cast it as often as rare mags.
Ofcourse you can say bad stats do not matter because your character has a high level, but that does not change the fact the mag has crappy stats.
