Huh? Is it just me? I can't figure out what you mean by 'ex'.
Anyhow. FOnewearl has the second best EVP in the game, but I still have yet to see how FOnewearl's low DFP/HP is a disadvantage. The only thing I can think of for which it matters are Dark Bringers, because in that case healing for over 1100 HP in a single tech isn't really going to help.

Hm, I wonder how many people realized the part about 'Sonicteam Armor' in my first post in this topic was actually real.
