Are you in Europe? I'm not on Ep1&2 at the minute so I can't tell you if the servers are ok. If you've just registered and it's holding at the lobb screen, there is a problem with the login server I'm guessing.
Are you using ICS?
This was about 30 mins ago, I'm in Europe and what is an ICS?
