How do you heal your Force?

Resta on R-A for all characters except droids, who have Dimates there. Heal when necessary; once you get your FOney to a decent level you'll find that Resta is more efficient, especially when you're soloing. The only times a FO should use mates are when he/she is surrounded and can't cast, or is playing cmode (where you don't always have resta or the TP to use it).
