How do you heal your Force?

Unless you have a FOcast (thank you seb XD), why wouldnt you use resta? Besides low TP, are you really going to not use resta? Its not a hack people. And being ubar legit (includes no use of healing) is a little, you know.....not going to help, whats dieing going to do for you that you want?
