Everyone is entitled to their own opinion so you can say what you want, as long as it isn't flaming and kept within the forum rules.
I think duping for your own chars are ok. As long as you don't round giving them to people then I don't see the hassle. It annoys me when people try and pass an item off as legit when it isn't. That's just decieving someone and plain nasty.
Personally, as long as people keep it to themselves they can do what they want. It's when they start advertising it about the lobbies that ticks me off.
