Ice queen and Frozen shooter

Frozen Shooter and Snow Queen are must haves for Rangers, though they are only found in Ultimate, not Hard.

- will freeze you once every million years (it has happened to me 3 times and I've used it alot)

- it does line damage, but cannot combo
- will also freeze you once every million years
- is made with a Photon Booster and a Frozen Shooter
