Well if you must use the drain gun, use both... the drain gun for special, the RH for power. By lv50 I would be equipping a non-common gun on a HUcaseal if possible... even if it's only a Varista. If you need HP steal, I'd say get yourself a gush vulcan with hit% (this is the only nonrare weapon you'll ever see me using, and only on my HUcast and HUcaseal)... or better yet, hunt her a nice chainsawd.
