I'm connected to their router wirelessly.
Anyways it seems as if your Laptop's LAN port is being used, so the easiest way to me (Maybe the only way...?) would be to purchase your own seperate small router that creates another mini-LAN between whatever's plugged into 2 LAN ports, and then set Internet Connection Sharing up on your PC so the internet signal is being sent to your Nintendo Gamecube. I can't tell you how much such a router would cost mind... best searching the net for something like that or going into a specialist PC shop and asking them if they sell routers with at least 2 LAN ports... or even if they know of another way!
