That page is down right now though, but I remember finding it useful a few times.
Tycho's is not the same. His is directed more towards online players, and I've found Section ID errors in it.

Not to mention that over half the time when you try to go to his guide it says:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11796480 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/pso-worl/pso-world.com/sections.php(497) : eval()'d code on line 5034"

Anyways, I'm going to continue to revise this, so feel free to help.
