whats so good about? ok, its demons, cool, and it gives 63 ATA which is above average and it looks cool, and it can be used by 8 classes.
BUT
its not that great- it cant have hit, so the special would miss a lot unless you have a very high starting ATA (like, 270 O_o) and a demons laser w/ hit is so blatantly the obvious choice for RA's, and forces cant really use it so well because of a lower ATA (even a FOney is struggling to get the needed ATA, let alone enough to use the special well)
so: why is it such a big thing? everyone and their mag seems to have one! why?
