If you're surrounded by a lot of enemies in an area you miss alot on it sounds kinda useful 
Does it have the power of a hard attack even if you use it at like 20 PB though? Or do you have to wait until the PB is full? I never unsealed my SJS on GC. If you have to wait for 100 PB or if it sucks unless it's at 100 PB then yeah I guess it does suck as a special.
