Ver.2 to ep1&2......why did they....?

I think removed hit materials for the same reason why they removed alot of the hunter class characters power. People were making super strong characters. The hit materials were made to increase a characters accuracy but it got a bit out of hand a sonic team decided that removing them was the best solution.
