First... the bosses are worth so much EXP because it takes a long time to get there. You can only "beat a boss quickly" in one quest... TTF... and even people that only play TTF over and over and over again take a few hundred hours to get to level 200.
And yeah... YOU try hunting something with a like... 1/30k drop rate and see if YOU want to hunt it over again.
