And not only this, but as far as the bosses go, it may be true that if you are the right character at the right level with the right equipment you can decimate the bosses - but what if you're not? What if you hadn'f found many good weapons, were a lower level and not the best class to take on that boss?

that hapens when you enter ultimate, even my humar was a complete failure, but i understad what you say, maybe other players have more difficulty.

about % weapons, everyone shares the same opinion, even me, we do not like weapons with negative %, but the question is if it is fair or not.
yes sometime negative % can be worse then the expected, yesterday i saw a pallash on the shops with -40% hit, and guess what, if equip that weapon my ata will decrease by 1 wich sucks i know, but it is fair.
i don't know if this is important but all of my rare weapons have positive % even the rarest ones
