Bad news for EU/AU importers

I'm still expecting my copy of PSU, since I ordered it over Ebay. The seller marked my buy as "payment recieved" so it would now be illegal for them not to send me the goods. Whether their buisiness crashes because they have to send me the item and SEGA don't want them to - well that's their problem. They shouldn't have entered a legally binding contract if they couldn't follow through
