I'm self taught. I play a lot of turn based RPGs in Japanese (think Final fantasy tactics), so when I see a unit I don't reconise I translate the name. Makes more sense to me any way

Vectors voice wasn't THAT bad.. the point is they hired the 4kids actors so the "Sonic brand" was all the same. Which means we now have an inferior set of actors

Dork voices don't translate well. in English a dork always seems to remain a dork and just trying harder.. in Japanese there is a real set change in the way they talk. They sound more badass, they sound more into it.. Something English just doesn/t seem to get right

But yep.. maybe next time we can prod Sega till they do things right and give us the option
