I would tend to assume that the item is illegit also because most of the good rares are duped so often that you cant know if its legit or not. I always ask if something is legit before i pick it up from someone else or trade for it. I mean a yas 9000 with increased percents just screams duped to me becuase most people who have one dont put in the time and effort to find one themselves and just get a duped one. So just consider that, if you have really rare powered up weapons people are going to assume they're duped and thats just something you'll have to deal with.
