No. As long as your time is under 7 hours, it doesn't matter how long you take it do it.... oh I see the misunderstanding now

When you do (for example), C1. You get one time, which is how long you take to complete that level, start to finish. For example, 20 minutes. You then move onto C2. This would take 1 hour to do from start to finish. So your total time up to now, is 1 hour 20 minutes. But you could do C2 a year from now, and it would be the same time.
Just as long as the time you take to complete all C9 levels totals 7 hours or less, you are ok
