You can't have JP/US/EU all on one card. They have to be on seperate memory cards.
So it will format your card, and you will lose any information and cards you had for JP Ep3. Basically, you are now stuck with JP Ep3. You can't reuse your character on US Ep3. Sorry Sad. It's the same with any other game....

At least I think that's right. 99.8% sure.....
