Ok because I've been at this rare spawn hunting for quite some time and I was wondering if anyone knew if there were conditions in order for things to work or is it completely random. Will a B and A rank mission have a better chance at bringing on the rare spawns or does it not matter? Does my luck have anything to do with it? Do specific planets yield a pleasant outcome? Do specific missions work out better? I've been at this for about a week but it seems like luck is not on my side.
