Hmm...I've actually heard good things about SCHTHACK.
There are also server commands (of which I'm not going to post for obvious reasons...) that allow you to set a minimum level of which people have to be to enter a game, you can also restrict users with hacked weapons from entering and such...there's others too. I've really been trying to read up on this and see if I'd bother with it after the servers did shut down.

For now we only support PC and Dreamcast version 1 and 2. We wont support Game Cube and XBOX PSO until Sega closes the official server. Also the new PSO PC Eps 1&2 wont be supported. Note that SEGA has built this game, so it's important to support them.
