Dude, <_<; you obviously know nothing about the metagame. Starmie is one of the hands down best Pokemon in the game. It's an excellent Mixed Sweeper, Special Sweeper, Rapid Spinner. Has a versatile moveset that covers many of it's weaknesses and has solid stats hands down. Learns excellent Water AND Psychic attacks and is easily obtainable, and breedable (With the Ditto trick.).
