Rate my Teams...movesets, IV and EV calculations. This is the thread for you serious battlers and winners. Do you treat your Pokemon like tools of war, use them as instruments on your path to victory. So be it.....
I was looking at Leafeon's movesets....The thing has nice Attack and Def to make up with the new Special/Physical split of movesets so here's what I came up with....
Leafeon: Adamant Nature
Ev's in Atk, Def, and Spd
@Choice Band/Leftovers
Sunny Day
Leaf Blade
Substitute
Synthesis
This moveset isn't going to keep you around for long, but it'll destroy any sort of ground/water/rock types...Great for combating water types. If you want to Choice band, start out with Leaf Blade. Raise up that and just STAB with it. Or, for a more long lasting effect, Start out with Substitute, when the opponent switches out for that devestating fire type. Leave the Sub, or just Synth yourself for some healing, if he's Fire Blasting you...(a lot of n00bs in the Metagame rely on Fire Blast far too heavily) Just Sub and Synth to wear down the PP. This is a mixed Staller/Special Sweeper, lure out the fire type and wear them down. Leaf Blade with STAB...wear the opponent down slowly. Best used in special circumstances due to the single type alignment it has.
Togekiss: +Sp Atk/ -Atk Nature
EV's in HP and Sp Atk
Serene Grace
@King's Rock
Scheme
Psychic
Air Slash
Feather Dance
Here's what you do with Togekiss....Scheme, raising Special Attack two levels, and on the switch out, which the opponent WILL DO....(Fighting type pwnage.) Psychic him. anything else Air Slash for STAB and Feather Dance for healing when the Fighting type Mach Punches you. Simple enough. Along with that Serene Grace doubles the chances of added effects. So Air Slash has a 30% chance of Flinch, Serene Grace makes that 60%, then the King's Rock adds another 10%. That makes it 70% chance of flinch on every turn you use Air Slash. That also means a 20% reduction of Sp Def. one level when you use Psychic. This is a simple moveset that I believe will be deadly in the Metagame.
