It's not on the same servers as the Xbox players, but it does allow you to use either the same Matchmaking system as the Xbox users, or join Dedicated servers like Halo:CE for the PC (among other games of course).

It does however, use the same "LIVE" service as Xbox 360 users, so you can create a gamertag and add people who are Xbox 360 gamers and chat to them via voice, messages and video chat. Smile
