I think you are wrong. I think the rappies are more common and I mean way more common online but I think you can find them offline as well. Because when I played the gamecube version a few years ago me and my brother found love rappys. we had no broadband adapter or hunters license. Although I bet it was just a glitch of some sort. I have no clue how it happened. all I know is it happened. I might have activated a hack or cheat of some sort without my knowledge but I think it was legitimate.
